Any good RscTitle tutorials?

Been searching for hours and all attempts lead to utter confusion or broken links. Are there any basic templates or tutorials out there as the only relevent site I found was the wiki dialog control which is WAY over my head http://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Dialog_Control#Structured_text

I'm just looking to make some good looking title captions in nice text
