Help - Switch AI crew position

Hi there, im new to ARMA2 and i have a doubt. I have searched google and the forums and cant find an answer for this.

So... is it possible to tell your AI tank or vehicle in general crew to board a vehicle in a certain crew position or tell them to switch to another position when they are inside the vehicle?

What they do usually is to board the vehicle in order, and if i entered first as driver they go gunner->commander->back seat. I am usually driver due to AI total incompetence to getting fast from point A to point B (today even one of my T72 went up side down in a total plain terrain...) but i also like to stop the vehicle in a safe spot and go scouting on foot, and then i would like to tell my spare crewman (back seat or even commander) to switch to driver seat and advance.

Any help with this? If that is not possible... is it at least some way to make AI driving more effective? Can i assing waypoints to individual units (i mean, not the commander units wich are displayed with the NATO symbols)

press 4 than the number your car/tank has and than the number for the position he has to go.

No the AI is retarded you cant tell the Ai to do smart things from their own.

You have to micromanage they did even know the basic infantry stuff,

and a smart quote says a "good leader dont micromanage", you have to tell them nearly every shit

you can only tell the ai where to go when you are the leader

or you have made a script and point on a map and their will be a waypoint,but the ai will take the way it thinks is the best.
