Can the ingame voices be changed?

The current set up of creating sentences with 4 or so different voices is absolutely pathetic and totally destroys the immersion..I've even gone as far as installing the mod that mutes most of them.

I'm wondering if the voices can be changed or if there's a mod out there that will replace the original files....

Of course they can. If you can find the file, it can be replaced. You should also be able to add additional voices though.
