ArmA II Mark score vs. frame rate score

I've read through the Arma II Mark thread and also checked my system frame rate, but something is very weird.

I had 8800GT; it scores more than someone's 4870 with same setting and almost same hardware spec. But frame rate is not so good and it was really hard to play with it.

Now I have 4890 which shows almost top frame rate in some hardware benchmark web site, but it scores Arma II Mark less than someone's 8800GT with almost same hardware spec.

I wonder how Arma II Mark bench score is graded. Does it count frames per sec and grade the score?
