Enemy markers when team leader?

Hi all, picked up the game a couple of days ago.

I'm not a hard core player I just play SP (crap net connection), and I don't have x-ray vision like my AI team members. Is there any mods that turn on the enemy red diamond markers when you're the team leader? I'm not enjoying squinting at the screen trying to see whoevers firing at me through thick vegetation while my team mates seem to know exactly where they are.

Otherwise how feasible is it to mod that sort of thing? I'm pretty sure there is nothing in the options to turn this on when your team leader.

I know that on the easiest difficulty setting enemies have a little red glow/blow of colour over them, not sure if you can turn this on for other difficulty levels (haven't looked in the options for a while)

If I'm not mistaken, you can customize each difficulty level.

I usually use the map to see the small icons moving about, does mean stopping to look at it though
