ARMA 2 Unplayable since 1.03

Since updating the game to 1.03 from 1.02 the game only runs for about 30 seconds after loading into a campaign mission and results in a bsod. I am using no tweaks and have graphic options set to normal or low. I have the latest graphic drivers etc etc... Is anyone else having this issue? It never CTD , only bsod's its so irritating having to restart the computer every time. I am going to try it on Win7 today and hopefully have better luck on there.

I have exactly the same problem. Vista 32 bit, latest NVidia drivers and no tweaks at all. In fact, I deleted everything and re-downloaded the game from steam and the problem is still there.

Ok at least I am not the only one with the problem. I was starting to suspect the hardware.

are you loading a game-in-progress from 1.02? You need to revert to the very beginning of the mission and it should work

Yea restarted the mission. Went further and deleted the save games as well.
