Can't move while dragging

I just got the game. i'm in the basic training. I'm trying to drag the guy over to the instructor.

I can get him dragging just fine, but then I can't move.

The first time I also managed to do 'carry', but I couldn't move then either and had to set him down.

Maybe the guy is just fat and hes too heavy to drag. :D

Happened like that to me with 505 version. No problem dragging in game otherwise, just in training.
