Empty/non empty Vehicle respawn

Quick question;

I've set up a tdm with a respawn area each for east and west.

Units respawn fine, yet vehicles who start off empty does not spawn after destroyed.

Not suprising since they don't belong to either east or west.

So question 1:

Is there an easy way to make them respawn after destroyed?

Question 2:

If I was to set a playable M1A1 with a crew in the mission, will it respawn after destroyed?

(I could of course just try this, but I'm having a rainy day at work with no access to any arma editor.) :(
