One side spawning

Hey guys, i searched and searched maybe there is somthing that im doing wrong with this search box, but i couldnt find anything on one sided spawning. Senario, one side is snipers taking out major names, and the other team is defending. I want the defending team to respawn, and i want the other team to not respawn. I got the respawn script on and a marker with respawn_west. I figured leaving otu respawn_east it wouldnt respawn them but it puts them in the west base. also any ideas on a trigger that would cause the game to end with both snipers were killed?

trigger part is simple, cant help w/ the respawn issue though.

condition: (!alive sniper1name) AND (!alive sniper2name)
