Making grass shorter.

Is there a way to script the grass to make it shorter?

I know how to use the setTerrainGrid command, but that's not what I'm after. I want to make the grass models shorter to make it easier to see... The setTerrainGrid just sets the distance that the grass will render.

I also would like to do it through my mission, not an addon.

Is it possible?

Not as far as I know. Atleast not without addons.

One way is to set the terrain detail to lowest, removes grass =)

there is clientside addon called "sap_clutter" and its make grass shorter. I didnt found any script for that so far.
