Great SP, not working MP

So I am making a mission where a scripted event forces all of my units to eject out. When running it with AI, the mission runs fine... However, the minute I throw in people, there are bugs like they will eject but take damage from hiting something, or they dont eject at all.

Is there a way to stabalize the missions I make for online at all? Is there some trick to make them work right? Or better at least..

Haha. I had this (still do in fact, not bothered to fix it). I've still not looked into fixing it, but were you doing the eject in waypoints, or in triggers?
