Single player console commands/cheats question

Like a lot of people I'm stuck at Manhatten mission and I'm looking to cheat my way out of it. Someone said that there's a cheat for it but I can't seem to get it work. I press Shift+Num- in game but nothing happens. I downloaded debug console mod and tried to exec "endMission, campaign" but that didn't work either.

Any ideas what I can do?
