Single player FPS = poor Multiplayer FPS = great...

Recommended Posts

So I play a lot of Domination, and Evolution matches online and they all run and look great, as well as good Frames per second.

When I switch over to the single player campaign mode to give that a shot, suddenly the frame rate isnt so great, in fact its terrible :(

any way to improve this? though I doubt there is, just wondering if there is something I should change in the settings for Single Player to run better.

Single player takes up more horsepower because it's managing the AI and scripts.

Nothing you can do but hope for optimization.

ah what a pitty, as hard as it is to find people who dont play "Lone Soldier - no communication", or "GTA: Russia - in the air bases" with multiplayer servers, I figured single player would be a good way to get some tactical fun in :(

I suggest you play the mission maker..

single player->my mission and select 04 combat (that is secOps mission I think)

played it last night and it was very dynamic very fun... you can tweak wheter to have ACM or not and the Civ to be enable or not.. so that would ease up on your CPU abit...

this Light Mission Editor is awesome... and with SecOps, it's ever more awesome

:yay:

Hey I like that and it seems GREAT!

However I cannot seem to figure out how to accept a mission once HQ asks me if I want one... I dig thru all my commands and communication lists and all I can seem to do is call in support or order my team around...

How do I accept a mission once HQ asks me if I want it?
