I was sure there was a reference in it. My friend say's that he and his friend were called it in two separate chat rooms 'I don't know which' and he did mention that they were US chat-rooms. I hadn't made the connection until now. Had I known then I wouldn't have had the need to ask and I wouldn't have brought it up. Also I have noticed that people don't actually read the threads as they happen, bit ironic really. If you had taken any notice you would have realised this.
