Direct2Drive Version / Patch ?

Has anyone downloaded Arma 2 from the American Direct2drive site? it shows version 1.00 and wondering if anyone downloaded from them and successfully patched there version?

As well is it the North American release that will be hitting the shelves on the 6th, 7th ? or a different version from EU ?

i downloaded my copy from D2D and is already patched into 1.02

does that include the hot fix as well? I understand they released a hot fix for version 1.02 that helps with ram and lockups. Oh and did you get the US or Intentional version ?
