US version be as good or better than German version?

This is probably somewhere else but have not scene it. Will it be included up to 1.02 patch and stable or has it gone gold before in they (DVD's) are in some large warehouse in China....Czech I mean?

I have the german version, english patched. Would like for them to create international patches that can help change the german game to english.
