Can't order my mate to mount the bloody machine gun on humvee

This is becoming frustrating as, unlike in the first Arma, I can't order (or even ask politely) one of my squad members to mount the gun on the humvee.

Sometimes he one of them goes automatically to the gun, but sometimes he does not go. When I press F2 there is no option to order him to mount the gun. If I ask him to disembark and get in again, he goes to the back sit. Those morons.

I've just come across this in the campaign, I'll check again in the future.

select unit, press 4, find and select the vehicle, select gunner

cool, thanks for that dvolk, I see numeric commands still work, but why they don't appear on the screen?

How should we know? BIS decision. Could be easier, but its clearly this way they made it. Maybe update will come - who knows.
