Do the artillery and air radars work?

I saw some screens of base structures, artillery and air radars. Do the give the location/direction of incoming rounds and aircraft?

No, as far as I've heard, that would have to be scripted. Which is fine by me. They do 'light up ' on an enemy radar as their enemy though and will attract them, which is good :)
