ArmA2 GER to get Lang Pack on EU/US release? //// Lang bound to Serial like in ArmA1?

Hi, I searched for 5 minutes on the forum but didn't find the info I'm looking for.

I've bought the german version of ArmA2 two days before the official release and was already playing the day before :P (living in Switzerland). I'm german, so the text understanding is not a problem, but I wanted to know if the american and other realeases will bring a language-pack-kind-of-patch so that people with the german version can put it in english?

Also, I want to know if the key is bound to the language of the box like in ArmA2 or not? The problem is, I'd like to show my friends ArmA2 in french, since they are too dumb to learn some words in german ^^ haha ;) Would be sad if it was bound to the key... :(
