How do you add 2 mods to the shortcut so they both load

HI all im trying to get 2 mods to load up using the correct way to install mods, I have the english langauge files set up on a @EN folder and keygets bloom mod set up in @nolurB I would like to know what to add to the end of the shortcut so both these mods work as I can only get one or the other working but not both. I have tried adding it like this.

E:\ARMA2\arma2.exe -nosplash -mod=@noblurB @EN

and this

E:\ARMA2\arma2.exe -nosplash -mod=@noblurB; @EN

and this

E:\ARMA2\arma2.exe -nosplash -mod=@noblurB, @EN

But i cant get the english langauge mod to load, if I put it at the start like this

E:\ARMA2\arma2.exe -nosplash -mod=@EN @noblurB

then the emglish mod loads but the blur one doesnt, this used to work in ARMA1 for me.

Anyone have the correct way to load more than 1 mod.
