redvex 0 Posted December 3, 2001 hi at all u guys, i'm having the following problem. I run the game on an Athlon 600 with 128 mb of sdram and an ati card with 64 mbs. Also I have an MS-6195 (sure u don't know it).My sound card is a SBLive payer 1024 with FPS 1500. Now, i would update my system to an Athlon XP 1800+, Motherboard with the VIA KT266A , 256 mbs of ddram and an ATi radeon 8500 ddr 64. Does someone with a similar config have any hardware- related troubles?On my actual sys the game runs smooth, but i'd not be happy to see it screwed up by my new pc. Thx all. Mister Frag 0 Posted December 3, 2001 The VIA chipset / SoundBlaster combination is very problematic, probably the worst possible combination you could come up with.
