Nara 10 Posted June 6, 2009 I have bought a DvD version of the game (German) in Switzerland, and I cannot install the game as the CD Key on the manual does not work. Does anyone know how I can get some support for this issue? I have tried the Morpicon support phone number, but it doesn't work. And I don't know how many days I am supposed to wait for them to answer my email. Any other avenues of support? Because this is quite frankly very poor. I have sent an email to [email protected] and will post on here when I hear from them. I can't believe that a printed cd key does not work, first time i've had this problem.... Nara 10 Posted June 6, 2009 Ok, I got it to work. The problem for me was that the "2" in the key was actually a "Z". Yep, a dumb problem and the first time I've had a problem reading key on a manual. CuteQA 0 Posted June 11, 2009 (edited) I just received my copy from amazon.de, i had the same problem that Cd-key on the manual is not working; however, after a few try with anger :P i discovered that you can still install the game by just ignoring the "wrong CD key" window and don't press the "OK", you can close the window by clicking "X" on the top. You just go directly to the "ARMA2 setup" tab on the taskbar to continue the installation, i'm still installing the game, i will post again to see if there is problem. I got three 2s, two Ys, two Cs, and one G in my key, and i have tried those ways, and they don't work for me. ( i have also tried many combination too...:mad:) But, com'on I didn't buy ARMA2 for code breaking... This really ruined my mood today.
