semi tranparent texture

hi, I try to create a semi transparent texture for a vehicle window. the glass is green.

it doesn't work, i try with different settings for the alpha channel, but with no good result. someone could help me, please

an example: i want to have the same glasses

in the file in the download link you will find 2 files 1 a paa texture allready semi transparent green.

and a photoshop psd file with the detail on how i did it.
