Mortar and Artillery usage

Does anyone figured out how to use the mortar or artillery targeting on the

command map ? I played around with the "Podnos" but ...uuhhm...somehow

it...... lets say.... wasnt a thrilling expierience.

And the manual, oh dear, think we can start a whole "Petergames Manual" Section,

but something tells me it wont be patched anyway :D
