FreddyDeeJr 0 Posted March 6, 2002 I had to ugrade to DirectX 8.1 so that i could get the latest drivers for my card to support my crappy Samtron 76v monitor - card is ATI Redeon 7500. I'm running at 1.1GHZ Athlon, 512mg of DDRAM, 20GIG harddrive. OFP ran fine before the DirectX upgrade for weeks, now the Green skys make an otherwise beautiful game quite ugly. I have Hardware T&L turned off in the video options, tried all kinds of configs in the options. No luck. Tried re-installing game, no luck. Please help if anyone knows what might fix this. Antonov 0 Posted March 7, 2002 Hi, try to disable W-buffer support. From an older thread: Hi, I had the same problem after updating to the 9009 driver. W-buffer support was broken and I had some more graphic errors (for example about half a second of flashing wheels of the broken truck in the background of the OFP menu shortly after starting). After moving back to the 7189 driver from my Radeon 7500 CD (you can download it at support.ati.com) everything was fine again. I'm using OFP version 1.42 and Win98SE.
