Sproket Idea have stolen my money!!!!

Hi I bought Arma Armed Assault from Sprocket Idea - and now after 24 hours I have still not received any CD key.

In accordance with UK policy on distance selling, since I am unhappy with the standard and level of service supplied by your company, please therefore issue an immediate and unconditional refund of all fees paid.

My Sprocket idea purchase details are as follows:

Purchase Reference: Supplied upon request to your staff.

I no longer want this game, nor do I need or require a CD key. If you do not issue a refund within seven days of receipt of this notice, I intend to report your company to the UK Trading Standards Office and will lodge a complain with them of on-line fraud.

You have taken my money and have not supplied the service, or the goods as advertised.

On completion of a full and unconditional refund, I no longer wish to be associated with your company.

First: Weekend? What does that tell you? You think the whole world works for you 24/7 or what? Nowhere it says you will receive the CD key at once.

Second: There is a contact link at Sprocketidea.com you can use for your rant and "UK policy on distance selling".

Third: This is not the Sprocketidea forum, no one can help you here nor will give you your money back.
