Major Fubar 0 Posted March 6, 2002 Im really looking forward to GTA3, I've been a fan of the GTA series rightfrom the beginning. It was released in Australia before Christmas on PS2, but due to some bullshit with the Office of Film & Literature Classification Review Board not giving it a rating, it was pulled from the shelves. I hope by the time it comes out on PC, the OFLC have extracted their heads from their rectums and give it a rating so we can play it. red oct 2 Posted March 6, 2002 some of the insane stunts you could do were pretty cool. i found that when compared to the first game, the profanity wasnt as bad as it was in the first, but the violence was much worse and you could do more inmorale things, example pick up prostitutes. my only complaint is that i wish that you could acually fly that stupid dodo normaly instead of doing it the hard way. the longest i could keep it airborn was about 27 seconds, somebody managed to keep it airborn for over 2000 seconds, the rumor is that in the PC verson that you will be able to fly it. that and i wish that they brough police cheif Devers from GTA 1 along w/ el buro. he had a colorful personality that i thought was funny. I was completely devestated when i heard it wouldn't reach australia (well.... maybe just sad). What happened was that is was banned in OZ cause of its rating. The classification here goes heavily on realistic violence (i mean violence in common situations not realistic gore & death scences of 10m monsters). After the second review which i can't exactly remember why there was an appeal (i think they changed it slighty) , it went back to MA+ (15years+ or parental supervision). N.B.
