USSRsniper 0 Posted March 31, 2009 Have no idea what causes this error, so didn't really know where to create this topic. Got my addon in game works fine for me and other beta testers. But one of them got an error which crashed ArmA "Data file too short '@Test\addons\ussr_zaz968m.pbo' " So what could cause this error and what are some of the ways of fixing it? PhilippRauch 0 Posted March 31, 2009 check arma.rpt for more info, maybe re-pbo the addonfolder with binPBO PE from bistools and check create logfile... also pack the .pbo with some archiving program like 7zip winrar or whatever (activate solid archive and recovery record) ... during download or emailsend it might happen some bits n bytes get misaligned in a file and packing them will help avoiding problems with it ...
