[aps]gnat 28 Posted February 14, 2009 The AV8 doesnt take off vertical, but can land vertical (STOVL). At takeoff select the autohover and accelerate and nose up as you gain speed. The AV8 will get airborne much quicker than normally. Once you have some cruising speed, switch hover off. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
