In which class publicVariable'd data falls in?

From the BIKI "Guaranteed messages are used for non-repetitive events like shooting ... Non-guaranteed messages are used for repetitive updates like soldier or vehicle position." I would like to suppose the first one.

My experience indicates that publicVariable is not guaranteed.

A simple 'ping' setup with publicVariable will show packetloss for bad connections.

Others have said that it is guaranteed though so YMMV.
