sylunt1 0 Posted March 5, 2002 I get the same thing with the english version 1.2. I have the patches and try to install them - the only that happens is the opflash logo pops up in the middle of the screen and the hard drive spins for a bit. The version number never changes and the new weapons and vehicles do not get installed. I also can not get past training. As soon as I complete it, I get dumped back to the desktop and the game ends. System: PIII 1GHz 512 MB RAM 3 GB free space Soundblaster Live Asus p3v4x mobo Asus GEForce 3 TI200 64MB video card Thanks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
manpoo 0 Posted March 6, 2002 My problem is very similar. I have 1.30 but I cannot install any further patches... I tried uninstalling and all that good stuff and nothing works... all that happens with each new patch is the flashpoint banner pops up and then goes away with no changes made at all. manpoo 0 Posted March 6, 2002 well thats all well and good, but my problem isn't running the game, it is running the PATCH.....I can't Patch my game because it does nothing past the logo popping. No light turns on, no hard drive noise, just the logo and then nothing. I am currently stuck at version 1.3 and for every patch that comes out I cannot install it.... I have this problem, My Brother has this probelm and my friend also has this problem. we have all bought a copy of the game and we are all stuck and in each of our cases we cannot patch further then 1.3 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

manpoo 0 Posted March 6, 2002 well I read it over and over and tried everything even got all the new drivers and aspi, and ran the patch and waited, but once again the logo appears and disappears and there I am sitting at desktop as if I had done nothing at all...
