Massive slowdown in editor - why?

I've tried using Arma editor on the following laptop HP530 FH542AA with Intel Media Graphics Accelerator 950. Despite in 2D mode of editor, I experience massive slowdown so even move movement isn't possible. It is totally clear to me that game won't run, but why is default mission editor slow, too?

You didn't list enough specs...they sold that machine with a Celeron or C2D 1.6 gig processor.

Both are below the min specs

Its C2D 1.6 (Intel T5200) with 2 gigs RAM, running Vista.
