Mission editing

Ok, im really stuck in making new missions. , but i have sum great ideas for them. I know how to place units and all that, but i cant figure out how to make sensors, mission objectives, triggers etc. Ive looked at loads of guides, but i still cant understand them. Plz can someone who knows about this stuff give me a simple guideline to make a mission with sensors, triggers, briefing, mission objectives, intro and outro. Thanx
