Admin Voting.

Is there a way in the cfg file for the ArmA dedicated server to stop people other than the server Admins voting themeslves as Admin.

I have had people come onto the server when there are no other players on and vote themselves as Admin, they then either swap missions and leave before the mission has set up or #shutdown the server or kick other players from the server.

What is the point in adding a Server Admin password if you can simply vote yourself admin.
