1st Cavalry Division

The First Cavalry Division is a military realism unit for ArmA Combat Operations, Call of Duty 4, and Battlefield 2. We are currently operating with one line company. The First Cavalry Division utilizes real world military tactics and strict battle communications during combat operations. We currently have around 60 active duty soldiers within the first cavalry division.

Elements of the 1st Cavalry Division have been re-deployed from their Temporary Station of Schmalfelden, Germany and will be returning to Sakakah Al-Jawf, Saudi Arabia. Their mission is classified at this time, however an updated report will be released after they have completed their mission.

The 2nd Battalion 8th U.S. Cavalry Regiment has been designated to spearhead the effort and was seen boarding commercial aircraft at Ramstein Air Force Base, Germany bound for Saudi Arabia last week.

At this time, no more information will be given to preserve the OPSEC of the re-deployment.

With this recent deployment the Cavalry is now searching for willing and dedicated soldiers to stand on the front lines with their brothers and sisters in arms.

    Reports from the First Cavalry Division Gaming Coalition state that members of the cav are getting a taste of history. Elements from the first cavalry division will be re-experiencing the Vietnam war in three weeks time, after returning from their current duty station in Sakakah Al Jawf, Saudi Arabia.
