Waypoint Problem

İ am making a mission and need some help:

Mission:Deliver a terrorist to gendarme station.

Objectives;

1-Wait the plane to land and disembark

2-Go near to commander to report.

3-Deliver the package.

Problem:

When the plane lands, first and second objective is completed automatically.(1st wp point away from 2nd wp )
