Terrain detail stuck at Very Low?

It seems I cant get any grass or anything because my Terrain Detail dropdown box doesnt show any other options except "Very Low"

What gives?

Nope, no change. I usually do 4500m, but lowering it to even 1500m does nothing..

I would delete username.ArmAProfile and ArmA.cfg.

If your not using any other addons, just start vanilla ArmA:QG and then see what happens. Remember that by deleting those files, every special config you have made is gone, so maybe just move those files and see...
