Need some serious help with patch 1.45

I have uninstalled OFP and want to install it over wich patches I must install now have installed 1.0 now correct me if I am wrong after 1.0 comes 1.20 than 1.30 and after 1.30 can I patch it too 1.45 or must I install 1.40 than 1.42 and than 1.45 any help would be great
