antialias anisotropic

Recommended Posts

How can I enable antialias and anisotropic filters for OPF?

I have ATI hd 2600 pro and CCC. But it seems that nothing happens when I try to set different profiles for AA and AI.

What's the solution?

Sorry, I'm new to opf.

Where can I edit post-processing - CCC? cause I don't see any option by this name. Or is there a config. file somewhere?

And about the dll, I've heard about it; does it work on coldwarcrisis?

you must change the parameters for the antialias and anisotropic filters in the ATI control panel.

To change AA and AI means to change post-processing?

or as an alternative to BiGFooT_y2k way?

Is there a minimum version required by DXDLL?

Kegs DXDLL is external dynamic library which adds new effects to the game (post processing, water reflection, hard light, desaturating etc) and it have its configurator. But you are saying you are new to the game so I suposse you dont have DXDLL downloaded yet. However, you have to set AA and AI at your GPU driver settings panel, just as the D@nte said. I am not ATi GPU user and I cant help you with the driver settings, sorry.

If the AA and AI had worked in Catalyst there would have been no problem. Although they're set OPF seems to override the settings or is just incompatible with AA and AI.

Unfortunately, there's no ATI corresponding tool to nForce (from what I know).

I'll never understand why they make AA and AI incompatible games (most of today's games), since they are precisely the "payload" of graphics fx; even more, the video cards settings consist mainly of these 2 features.

Anyway, I have OPF Cold War Crisis 1.00; I guess I can upgrade to 1.46.

I hope dxdll is compatible with it (after upgrades).

Thank you all.

EDIT:

On Vista AA and AI seem to work!
