Just some things that may help for those having issues with choppy (or not quite super-smooth) performance and those having the double mouse thingy:

Set your desktop resolution to something other than what your OFP resolution is. Say, you play at 1024x768, set your desktop to 800x600 or 1154x864. I only saw my double mouse when both the desktop and game resolutions were the same. I saw improved smoothness when the resolutions were different.

Post if it works or not so others can be helped.

LOL. THat at least proves my theory that BIS didn't do such a crappy job on OFP, doesn't it?

OBiJuan,

What your explaining happens only to XP users I belive......

the double mouse can also be fixed by simply ALT-TAB "ing out of the game then click back in and it's gone... smile.gif

win 2000 too i think, as xp is the downs-syndrome love child of win me and 2000...

Custom cursurs cause double mouse on most games no matter what the os, so keep to the default cursurs as it should not occur quite so often.
