weapon fires from wrong end

can anyone help with getting my weapon to fire from the barrel end and not the other end

thanks for response, but i still get the bullets leaving fron the back of the gun , also the aiming sights are towards the rear,is there something in the config i need to change?

Just swap the barrel's start and end selections around. Brsseb's Tuts are a very good reference.

thanks for help people, i actually got it to work by using the barrel as the kulas selection....go figure.....
