Hud Dorph 22 Posted April 20, 2008 Hi Boyz Are there any out there that are running Arma with a 9800gx2 graphics card. I have for lillle more than a week been the owner of such card and are pleased with it in every other game than Arma. Arma simply seems to load textures all the time slowing the game down from 40-50fps to under 10fps whem moving. I have tried all kinds of -512 -1024 mem settings. This is on all versions of Arma but seems to be worse on b1.12. For now im back to my 8800GTX and all is fine. Im on xp32bit with a core2 Q9300 and 4gb (3detected) ram. If any are running a 9800gx2 on Arma and it runs ok - what did u do Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Binary 0 Posted April 25, 2008 I personally don't have one, but i have heard from a clanmate that it runs just fine. He started out with a single 9800GX2 and then upgraded to two of them. Both of the setups ran ArmA fine. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
