acog99 0 Posted April 15, 2008 I usually play on TG server, and for some reason, some people are clear and smooth transmission wise, and others are nothing but a large choppy studder of garbligook. Is that my end or theirs? If mine, is there a conf file setting I can set to allow VON more pipe to use? (I have plenty to spare) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
cross 1 Posted April 16, 2008 if you are receiving some transmissions fine and some stuttering then most probably its their end....cpu load or bandwidth issues. (but not possible to say 100%. it may be you too due to your cpu load, downloading etc as well.) As a client you dont have such option. mr.g-c 6 Posted April 17, 2008 On a session on the tactical gamer i once had, we came to the conclusion that its about distance. So when someone from the American continent was speaking I (located in Germany) heard it stuttering + others too (from UK and France etc.), while when somone from Europe was speaking, everything was allright - and vice versa.
