COOP Nights in North America?

I'm looking for a bunch of people from the community to COOP with on a regular basis. I would like it if a bunch of us from North America did any Co-op nights.

Are there any my-timezone-friendly coop servers out there? I found 6thS's and CiA's servers, but they both start too early for me.
