Texture application problem

Hi,

Ive got a problem with applying textures. I have followed the guide to the letter but each time i press 'b' to apply the texture the message No texture Loaded appears.

Any ideas?

yay, a solution for that prob would be great. had the same and played with the settings a bit, but that just messed everything up. can't even start o2 anymore
