Difference between Royal Marine and UK Army Desert

Where can I find pics of British Royal Marines and British Army troops in Modern desert uniforms? Do they both wear the same desert uniform?

Asides from patches and such, they have the same DPM camo, helmet and BDU, afaik.

Isnt this more of an Addons Discussion or Offtopic topic as there arent any British units in vanilla ArmA?
