5thSFG.Marine 0 Posted February 27, 2002 I have a s3 Prosavage Graphic card bult into my comp a VIA chipt set and a AMD athlon this gmae freezes and messed up my comp real bad i had to reinstall EVERYTHING its a good gmae and all but it got messed up really bad they should fix this by now. ALDEGA 0 Posted February 27, 2002 1. Installing and playing does not mess up your computer. Not unless you accidentally caused it to be messed up. 2. Have you installed the latest VIA 4-in-1 drivers? What about directx (perhaps you should reinstall it)? When OF freezes or crashes it may write an entry in its event report file(Flashpoint.rpt in the OF root dir). Copy/paste-ing such an event report may make the problem more clear. 3. Do you have any problems with any other (direct3d) games? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

ALDEGA 0 Posted February 28, 2002 Can't help you directly other than telling you that the S3 Prosavage (builtin videocard) is not officially supported by OF. OF requires "a direct3d compliant video card with at least 16 mb ram" (with exception of the voodoo2). As you can see it doesn't mention builtin videocards.
