Whats this(problem came after i put 2 gigs more)

hi i just had 2 more gigs for xmas and QG so first i instal QG

and play abit everthing is fine then i put 2 more gigs in and i get this

what can i do about this whitout pulling 2 gigs away and whit out trowing AAQG in the shelf

You're using Vista I take it? This is a known and reported issue, the pinned Vista thread is there for Vista users to support each other in such matters.
