Adding two exlusive actions

I want to add to the same vehicle two different exclusive actions, Load cargo and Unload cargo.

I have arrived to make the first one work, so a HMMMWV

is attached to the other vehicle.

When I enter the loop I want to disable the Load Action (via removeaction) and add a new action called Unload Cargo that breaks the loop and gives again the load action

I have correctly set the load action. Would it work setting the loop for attaching the vehicle so it has a prerrequisite an variable set to 1 and then setting the Unload action so it merely sets that variable to 0?

I don't know if I'm explaining myself well, sorry I'm a n00b in this
