Playing anim in bulldozer

Recommended Posts

Is there a way for Bulldozer to play anims or display an anim state? I'm trying to avoid starting ArmA each time I do a simple weight or selection change on my model, because it gets to be a rather big loss of time to do it over and over again to check if one small change has made a difference, which in my case many times doesn't and I lose a couple of minutes trying to see. I'd be happy if it's able to play just the TestROM animation because that's all I need.

of course there's a way. open Animations window - import rtm animation and select any keyframe you like to preview it in buldozer

Hmm, for some reason when I click import it does nothing. Also the bulldozer RTM thing doesn't do diddly squat, it just runs through the anim at an incredibly fast speed, not allowing me to view the anim, plus the freeze anim button greys out.

I'm using RC3 btw.

EDIT:

Oh wait, stupid me, tried to click just import instead of From Matrices.

Well, we're both fast at replying, just found the solution. Pretty neat. Thanks for the help.

Hmm, one question more: do I have to reimport the anim after every change I make to the selections or weight?

WEll that does no good for checking for distortions in the mesh. While faster than running ArmA each time, it would be best to see it on the fly.

BLAH!
